"The Arkansas-Oklahoma Wireless Association was formed in 2005 to develop an official forum for the cultivation of relationships and exchange of ideas between Wireless Telecommunications Professionals in the region."

 

Breaking News:

Effective Wednesday, April 16, 2008, Curtis Branch has been named President of the Arkansas Oklahoma Wireless Association.  Replacing Curtis as Vice President will be Chad Tuttle.

Curtis is President of Wireless Resource Group, LLC., and has an extensive background in the wireless industry.  He is on the Board of Directors of AROK, and has served as Vice President since the inception of the association in 2005. 

Chad is President of B&T Engineering located in Tulsa, OK, and has served as Secretary of the  Association for the last year. 

Ron Toler of SiteExcell is stepping down as President of the AROK Association, but will remain on the Board of Directors. 

The AROK Wireless Association was formed in 2005, and has grown to 228 members.  State Wireless Associations are comprised of members from all sectors of the wireless industry; carriers, site providers, tower companies, equipment vendors, construction companies, legal and other consultants.  The mission of state wireless associations is to promote positive wireless industry awareness.  The companies in the association have formed together to educate state and local public officials about the role of the wireless industry and its benefits, and to cultivate relationships between the various members of the industry.
